Abstract:
In the conditions of the "Digital Economy" Program, changes in the labor market are an illustrative example of how digital technology affects our life. Human labor is replaced by new digital production facilities. They can already cope with record keeping, recruiting, and document management. Machines are self-learning and very efficient. It is obvious, that in the prospect of just 15-20 years those jobs that we attribute to the category of "white collars", i.e. jobs involving document circulation, introduction and primary processing of information will be no longer in demand: accountants, HR managers, lawyers specializing in claims and agreements will be a thing of the past.
