Abstract:

Scientific and innovative space is the key to the technological development of the region, reproduction and the formation of scientific and educational cooperation. a correlation rapid analysis was performed that assesses the dependence on the gross product. Based on the results of the analysis, conclusions were drawn that it was necessary to apply a mechanism that would make it possible to increase the efficiency of the region. This mechanism allows to ensure the growth of production and industrial development through the introduction of knowledge-intensive industries and processes.
