Abstract:

The Russian economy has not created an effective market capable of self-regulating. Is this modus vivendi a manifestation of the ontological peculiarity of Russian society? Is the archaic genotype of Russian people the cause of the failure of the reformation? How can Russia get off the "needle" of rental-class stratification?
