Abstract:
This study explained transformational leadership with various dimensions that had great influences on honesty culture formation in educational organizations, particularly senior (upper secondary) schools. This study aimed to provide a conceptual construction about transformational leadership and the importance of this leadership with the whole dimensions on it in organizations, especially in educational organizations. There are five dimensions of transformational leadership, specifically idealized influence (attributed), Idealized influence (behavior), Inspirational motivation, Intellectual stimulation, Individualized consideration. This conceptual study is expected to be a fundamental of honesty behavior development and conditioning in organizations, particularly educational organizations.
