Transforming Cognitive Talent Operations at Tsubakimoto Chain

Abstract:

One of the oldest manufacturers of power transmission and roller chain products in Japan, Tsubakimoto Chain Co. has been experiencing a large scale transformation in talent operations and organizational architecture as the result of process digitalization, globalization and remote-working arrangements imposed by recent regulations and Covid-19-related business circumstances. This paper illustrates the corporate efforts of developing and sustaining a cognitive technology enterprise architecture and the process of implementing collaborative platforms and enhancing talent engagement across the organization at Tsubakimoto Chain Co. during the Covid-19 pandemic.
