Abstract:

The present study is an analysis of the topic of project and financial management transformation in companies that use new technologies such as artificial intelligence. The paper examines issues such as process automation, predictive analytics, risk management and ethical aspects of the use of AI by business entities. An example of the use of new technologies in management is the chain of Fikolki playrooms, whose activities and results of optimizing procedures are presented here.
