Need arises to identify skills and qualifications required for jobs in the New economy. In this paper, the authors discuss e-learning based on industry needs using emerging technologies such as mobile, cloud and business process management tools.  It further discusses the adoption of technological innovation, and how BPM tool can give more flexibility and change the delivery model, in turn change the learning pattern of students. A delivery model integrated with BPM tool is proposed.
