Trend In Gig Economy: Factor Influencing Work Life Balance Among Women Online Shop Owners

Abstract:

Aim of the present study is to examine several factors that contribute to work life balance among 170 women entrepreneur who do the gig work as self-employed at their own on-line shop. These factors include the Work Interfere with Personal Life (WIPL), Personal Life Interfere Work (PLIW), Work Family Conflict (WFC), Dependent care, Role overload (RO) as well as Support Network (SN). Further, several demographic variables such as number of dependent care, age, education, marital status, house hold income also examine in the present study in relation to work life balance.
