Abstract:

In recent years the Smart city model has been defined as an immediate solution to the problems facing a city, however, the problems a city faces are different according to its socio-cultural level, economy and geographical location. In this document a systematic review of the literature was carried out, of the initiatives regarding the services of the Smart city model towards the citizen; using the Prisma methodology we approached this bibliography considering scientific articles between the years 2014 to 2020 from the IEEE Xplore, Scopus, Science Direct and Ebshost databases, having as object of study 155 articles and obtaining as result the categorization in Domains of Services, location and study of the main initiatives of services of the model Smart city for 46 countries, as well as, which continents have more developed each one of the initiatives based on their particular problematic.
