Abstract:
The aim of the study is to present the relationships between organizational culture and project management methodologies. In the first section of the paper, on the basis of literature studies, the characteristics of so-called “project management culture” and hypothetical linkage between types of organizational culture and types of project management methodologies are presented. This was the basis for preparing research questions. The second section, i.e. the empirical part of the paper, presents original research using the case study method and aiming to verify the relationships. The paper contributes to knowledge about cultural aspects of project management and delivers future directions for researchers.
