Abstract:

The paper avoids overly specific descriptions of typical modules of document management systems and focuses on simplistic presentation of the fundamental document provision schemas. A technological progress brought complex implementations of such schemas in broadly-understood knowledge repositories. Still, the distinction needs to be made at the roots.
