Abstract:
The article discusses Ukraine's international obligations to resolve regulatory issues. One of the main such obligations is the harmonization of national legislation with the requirements of EU legislation and the implementation of the relevant legal framework (directives, regulations and procedures). It is stated that a document requiring substantial changes to the regulatory rules and regulations is The Ukraine–European Union Association Agreement, as well as the provisions on The Deep and Comprehensive Free Trade Area, which are an integral part of the Agreement. It is noted that the rules of The Deep and Comprehensive Free Trade Area regarding the implementation of the state regulatory policy apply to almost all spheres of economic life, while the norms of the Agreement also apply to relations in other spheres such as security, military cooperation or social standards.
