Abstract:
The authors of the work consider state services as a public good, in which the company has a constant regulatory interest, which makes state services one of the main forms of relations between a citizen, a legal entity and the state. The problem of managing efficiency and improving the quality of public services should always be in the area of administrative monitoring, since it forms feedback between government agencies that provide these services and the society as a whole. Channels of distribution of satisfaction effects with the quality of service provided are systematized, presented in the works of various authors, and the most significant authors attributed: standardization of processes; reduced administrative costs of management; reduction of administrative rent, increase in labor productivity; reduction of bureaucracy. At the same time, the analysis focuses on the existence of external reverse positive effects of the growth in satisfaction with the quality of public services on GDP through these channels. The result is a diagnostic profile identifying the effects of growth in satisfaction with the quality of public services on GDP, which allows for a comprehensive view of the spread of these effects through various channels.
