Une Etude Sémantique pour la Détermination des Dimensions de la Qualité Relationnelle dans une Banque Islamique

Abstract:

Islamic banks have any restrictions from religious rules. Beyond requirements and religious precepts, Islamic banks are financial institutions that should have a certain level of competitiveness as similar as that of conventional banks ( Razak et al , 2013). In this vein, this study tries to explore the relational features in a specifically Islamic bank in terms of relational quality. A semantic analysis was performed by the software TROPES. The methodology is based on a qualitative study of a focus group composed of 23 persons to find out the dimensions of relationship quality in Islamic bank. Ethics has been seen as a major dimension of relational quality for an Islamic bank.
