Abstract:

The research paper contains the different issues of technology entrepreneurship in Russia and South Korea. The theoretical bases of technology management and practical issues of university-industry cooperation are considered. The research is focused on the modern innovative enterprise management’s problems and perspective issues of high education; it focuses on the effective management of the knowledge-based projects and competitive commercialization.
