Abstract:

The basic objective of the study is to identify stages of implementation of sustainable development for the purposes of urban void management. Moreover, the article contains a proposal for land use indicators of sustainable development of housing estates in five different areas: settlement, social and cultural, economic, environmental, and functional and spatial.
