Abstract:

This paper focuses on the deployment of Fuzzy Quality Function Deployment (FQFD) methodology to find out the gap between the actual commuters requirement and what the Government agencies could support in order to build, an effective Urban Traffic System (UTS). Our Study focuses mainly to identify the hard and soft factors in developing effective Urban Traffic System (UTS) which are centered on possibility Analysis and Fuzzy set Theory.
