Abstract:

The article presents the use of time standardization methods to eliminate waste at work stations. The paper presents methods of time normalization and the characteristic of the factors influencing the times of performing basic activities as well as breaks and additional activities.

The article presents the course of action in the processes of rationalization of time standards, proposed changes in the organization of work and assessment of the effects of the changes.
