Abstract:
Purpose of the article Change of trading in electronic commerce is often referred to formation the business environment in which businesses operate. This study aims to contribute to the needs of businesses to faster and more cost- effective ways to strategically plan for future uncertainties business changes. The paper emphasizes the systematic approach in the context of the changing economy and its complementing the strategic point of view,to develop a new approaches to business – cycle –based methodology. The study contains the improving of company's strategy through SWOT analysis. The focus of this research is the tool itself, including user ratings. Data were collected through surveys aimed at companies from the production. The results were positive in the sense that the tool was implemented and perceived as useful. Output assist in communication strategies specific to individual products to a wider audience and to facilitate specific changes. The findings lead to further improvement tools to improve its usability. SWOT analysis was actually perceived as useful in structuring the situation changes around the Internet environment in the development of e-business strategy.
