Abstract:

The paper was intended to be a study on ways of reducing the evaporation losses of petroleum products stored in atmospheric storage tanks and is concentrated on the rational operation and proper processing of the stored petroleum products, describing the sealing methods for vertical cylindrical tanks with floating roof, that help reduce the atmospheric emissions and the risk of pollution from the point of view of the technical/ technological safety.
