User Behavior Analysis on E-Learning That Influences Satisfaction and Intention To Use on E-Learning at Beauty Industry in Indonesia

Abstract:

Digital transformation is one of the main challenges that occur throughout the industry today. To be able to survive in the era of digital transformation, companies are challenged explore new business opportunities that are better than they are today. In recent years, companies recognize that investment in developing employee skills is an important means of staying competitive. One increasingly common form of investment is providing access to convenience, and sustainable learning methods delivered through technology. This form of learning using technology has increased dramatically in recent years and is projected to increase more in the coming years, a trend that has been described as an e-learning revolution. Most recent research shows that most e-learning programs show a higher failure rate compared to traditional learning methods. Given the increasing dependence and availability of technology in the modern world, and the economic potential available to organizations, it is very important to understand the factors that might lead to increased e-learning adoption in the organizational context. This study will see employees’ satisfaction and intention to use e-learning, by extending the technology acceptance model using some other related factors, such as learning goal orientation, management support, enjoyment, self-efficacy and computer anxiety. Through the results of this study, we will have a better understanding of user behavior on e-learning that can influence satisfaction and intention to use. We will also study which dimensions have a stronger impact satisfaction and intention to use.
