Abstract:

The efficiency of health service as well as its measurement are important subjects as they provide information on the efficiency of the activities taken in each unit, region, borough, borough union, county, sector, i.e. in the mesoeconomic environment. Contrary to business entities, medical entities do not compete for clients/patients. These entities have an excess of patients. The situation is completely opposite when it comes to financial resources necessary for completing service. According to experts and hospital directors, these are always insufficient.
