Abstract:

In polish conditions, many formations are actively involved in preventing the spread of COVID-19, among which the Border Guard holds an important position. This formation struggles daily with numerous problems that call for theoretical support. Today, the greatest threats posed to the said formation are: terrorism, proliferation of weapons of mass destruction, organized international crime, uncontrolled migrations, economic crises, calamities of religious and ethnic origin, natural and ecological disasters, technical mishaps and failures, and pandemics which is of crucial important today.
