Abstract:

This paper aims at exploring a small sample data on the relationships between Information Security practices and organizational agility in the IT companies in Multimedia Super Corridor (MSC) land in Malaysia. A 93-items, four-domain questionnaire on the views of executives of MSC status companies regarding the relationships between information security practices and organizational agility was developed based on a literature review. For the efforts of obtaining the validity, reliability and the data normality, the instrument for data collection were developed and later were examined by panel of experts on the subject matters. Data analyses were conducted with the use of statistical software. Output from the analysis, shows that the instrument is reliable and there is no abnormality on the data.
