Variables for Leader Model in a Cross Cultural Adkar Study

Abstract:

This research applied a survey methodology that asked small business owners to answer a questionnaire. The results indicated that both parts involved leader and staff organization approaches  are useful to characterize the work of small business owner-managers. Four factors which can  influence managerial styles were identified: (1) external factors  (2) internal factors (3) decision factors for vision and leading, and (4) affective factors conflict solver. Regarding the four different variables, we believe our paper can contribute to the development and improvement of specific theories about leader model a cross model in a global environment which introduce the new orientation for a global etiquette in  small business management, based on the study of the nature of managerial work. This article proposes a model global management to small business owner-managers based on the education, age, work period, and the most important approaches to managerial work.
