Abstract:

Nutrition is an essential condition for human existence, so food security ensures the autonomy and independence of any country.  The formation of food security depends to a certain extent on the development of the grain market, which provides the population with the most abundant food and animal feed.  Our country is in the top ten in terms of gross grain production and in the top three of its world exporters.  Therefore, it is a state that supports security globally.  In this connection it is necessary to study the state of food security of our country at the national level in relation to the characteristics of the grain market and to determine the direction of its development.
