Abstract:

The historical process is a moral progress of mankind. However, progress is not linear. With the general direction of progress in the history of mankind there were periods of temporary decay, value ‘downfall’. There are many reasons to say that at present the world has entered a degradation phase. Among the challenges are total manipulations of the mass consciousness, the rise of neo- fascism in the world, etc. Humanity requires active efforts for stopping these threats from futher speading.
