Abstract:
The goal of the paper is to present Visual Performance Management as a tool supporting the production process in a company. In the first part of the paper, one of the modern methods of management, namely lean management is presented together with the analysis of the influence it has on employees. The term Visual Performance Management is introduced, as well as its goals and principles. Whereas the last two parts present the application of the VPM tool in a company and the summary of the case study.
