Abstract:

This paper presents a qualitative method of developing and evaluating a visualization model for the property management system. While many real estate agents facing difficulties in managing the property due to the absence of awareness in presenting information with impactful visualization approach, this paper identifies various visualization elements by discovering the factors of property decisions and the important features of the property management system. It then explains how to discover the elements, and subsequently, how to designate the model by referring to the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). The evaluation is done by expert reviewer to conclude the findings. A total of 18 visualization elements are identified that should be embedded in any property management system
