Abstract:
This article focuses on the analysis of the situation of people belonging to groups in a particular situation on the labour market, with particular emphasis on young adults (under 30), the long-term unemployed and people over 50. The main aim of the study is to identify the difficulties of representatives of these groups in the labour market. The text discusses the key problems which make it difficult for these groups to become active in the labour market. presents the It also economic consequences of unemployment, both in individual termsand macroeconomic. It concludes by emphasising the importance of developing long-term, comprehensive labour market policy strategies that are tailored to the individual problems of particular groups and the specifics of current socio-economic conditions.
