Abstract:
The article analyzes the level of employment in an innovative industrial sector, namely the clothing industry in Romania, the degree to which firms are able or not to keep the number of employees, in the context of global economic crisis. A study was made that aimed to highlight the ways of maintaining and increasing the level of employment in the industry, and the strategies used by the surveyed companies.
