Abstract:

Now days, Web Commerce applications are fast growing IT applications, the rate of growth in this IT application is exponential. Web site is the essential machine in Web Commerce. The success of any Web Commerce business depends totally on the effectiveness and reliability of its Web Site. In this article the reliability of Web Site is investigated from the design and management point of view and  bench mark rules are suggested to guarantee a higher level reliability standard.
