Abstract:

In the framework of this study, the authors of the paper analyzed the construction sphere by the example of St. Petersburg. As a result, the main problems of housing construction financing were identified, an algorithm for financing construction sector was developed, correlation and regression analysis of the market value of housing was carried out and the main factors influencing its formation were identified.
