Abstract:

This paper includes elements of research work on the prospects for the development of initial coin offering, as well as the success of this tool in the Russian Federation. The main tasks of the work are to identify the differences between the initial public offering and the initial coin offering, an overview of ICO problems and ways to solve them, as well as an analysis of the implementation of ICO in Russia through the prism of its major business projects.
