Workplace Bullying and its harmful effects: Burnout and Turnover Intention

Abstract:

This study sought to provide a more comprehensive understanding of how workplace Bullying can affect Burnout and Turnover intention. In addition, it aims to understand how Burnout mediates the relationship between workplace Bullying and Turnover intention. A survey was used and data was collected from people who have been working at the organization for at least six months (n= 359). This study confirms the positive relationship between the variables as was expected.
