Abstract:

Many systems and approaches of data integration aim to overcoming the heterogeneity of the resources and provide a unique interface to access to data but no one of these approaches take on consideration the rules defined with the resources to regulate the access to this data. For this reason, this paper presents a framework that integrates the heterogeneous resources and also extends the access control rules associated to resources. This framework uses both as view approach to integrate the resources and offer several functionalities to extend the local access control rules to the global schema.
