Abstract:

An overpopulated planet and long-term shortage of workers in Europe and in the USA. What is the reason why the number of people in productive age in the Western World diminishes? (Zimmermannová, J., Hájek, M. and Rozenský, 2017) Not enough babies are born, the average natality in Western Europe is 1.4 baby per mother. Traditional values once fulfilling marriage and the You & I relationship are vanishing. The world is no longer divided between male and female. The institute of a housewife disappeared. We have a unisex model, gender balance, asexual world. Polarization of society by possessions. It is only a partial list of facts that are linked with the You & I relationship. The authors analyzed available information on factors influencing the defined relationship with the objective to define a set of attributes affecting human society. They present a reflection to the reader in the discussion part. How is a view of current interpersonal relationships developing? They can be identified not only through the man and woman relationship, but also through the friendship, information exchange and the like. At present, the You & I relationship is becoming rather of a virtual nature. Information exchange takes place, but information no longer plays the role it once had. Rules in relationships are determined by ethics that can be seen as an algorithm, a program that defines more than just the emotional aspect of relationships. The dynamic balance in the You & I relationship takes on a spatial form. There is something that cannot be seen, something that represents a spiritual value that plays a certain role and counterbalances the material world
