Abstract:
The present modern approaches to problem solving call for the evaluation and the optimization of a number of company processes. Currently, information systems play an important role in each company in many respects (not only in the economic, but also the environmental, social and corporate governance). Therefore, evaluation and optimization of information systems is becoming increasingly necessary. It can be a path to sustainable corporate performance. This way information management contributes to the development of sustainability in global economic growth. The Zefis portal is employed for the purpose of evaluation of company information systems. The paper briefly presents current research results obtained on the Zefis website after its recent rapid improvements for its users and researchers. The objective function created by the author is being used in assessing the overall state of information systems. This assessment is based on a numerical evaluation of the examined areas.
