We invite you to take part in a special thematic session “Communication and social security in terms of human resource management” in the framework of the 40th IBIMA Conference.

The digital revolution has caused a marriage between man and technology and has disrupted existing social models. Along with the change, various types of threats appeared, which translated into the functioning of every person in all areas of life. It is undeniable that people need a sense of security for their survival and development. Managing human resources in a changed reality must therefore take into account changes in the methods of communication in order to favor the structural and personal security of each person, and thus build appropriate relations and social attitudes. Communication errors directly translate into difficulties in managing human resources, which makes it necessary to analyze social security also in the context of group theory, exerting influence and managing group resources.
