Indexing in International Databases
Please remember that past performance is not an indicator of current or future outcomes. IBIMA and its editorial staff will make every effort to ensure that the published proceedings are sent to indexing or abstracting entities in complete and timely fashion. However, due to various factors, there will be no assurance that past, current or future IBIMA conference proceedings will be equally indexed in all or any specific index or database. Further, in case of a conference proceedings inclusion in a specific index and/or database, there will be no assurance that particular paper within the whole proceedings is included in that index or database.
IBIMA and its editorial staff will make every effort to ensure that the published articles are copy edited and published according to IBIMA template without changing, altering or omitting any part of the original sent article by its author(s). In case of unintentional editorial mistakes made by IBIMA editorial staff, IBIMA encourage author(s) to contact IBIMA office as soon as they discover the mistake(s) and IBIMA editorial staff will make every effort to correct them in an expedited fashion and republish in the same proceedings. If a mistake was discovered after the publication of the proceedings, IBIMA will publish the corrected version of the article in next proceedings without any charges to author(s).
Neither IBIMA nor its staff takes any responsibility for any change, alteration, or omission to the published article happens at the indexing entity before, during, or after the inclusion of the proceedings in their own databases.

Force Majeure
IBIMA accepts no liability to you and will not pay any compensation where the performance of its obligations is prevented or affected directly or indirectly by or as a result of force majeure or any circumstances beyond its reasonable control including, but not limited to, flood, earthquake, extreme adverse weather conditions, natural disasters, disease outbreak, other acts of God, acts of terrorism (or threats of such acts), fire, failure of electric power, failure of hardware or software, cyber security attacks or any collapse of building structures.
Limitation of Liability
IBIMA accepts no liability whatsoever for any loss or damage suffered by you in connection with the conference or your accommodation, including without limitation any loss or damage to any property left in conference meeting rooms, registration area or your accommodation.
IBIMA will not be liable for any indirect, consequential or pure economic loss or any loss of profit, goodwill or opportunity (whether caused by the negligence of IBIMA or its employees, contractors or agents or otherwise).
IBIMA’s aggregate liability to conference participant and/or their guests in respect of all losses, liabilities or damage suffered by conference participant and/or their guests arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions or your attendance at the conference, howsoever arising and whether in contract, negligence or other tortious action or otherwise, will not exceed the value of the registration fee.
Nothing contained in these terms or conditions or in any other document referred to or incorporated in it shall be read or construed as excluding any liability for death or personal injury caused IBIMA’s negligence or liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation or for any other liability which cannot be excluded or restricted by law.
Conference participants and their guests will ensure that we (IBIMA), our staff and our affiliates will not suffer or incur any loss, costs, claims or expenses of any kind arising from or in connection with any act or omission by you (including anyone acting on your behalf) during or otherwise in relation to the conference or participant’s accommodation.
