Abstract:

COVID-19 pandemic has created an extraordinary environment for helth system and community in a negative way. Under such circumstances it seems appropriate that this paper work  offer reflections on the past  months, and also, focus on how the pandemic might impact upon health system.

The eruption of the coronavirus pandemic was an event so unprecedented that governments, with some exceptions, had no benchmark or previous experience to rely upon. It required a fast and prompt response. First and foremost, governments had to introduces to stop the spread of the virus, flatten the curve of the number of the infected and make sure that care facilities would not be overwhelmed. The measures taken by the governments led to less or more intensive lockdown of the economies and produced negative, massive, micro and macroeconomic effects.

The aim of this study is s to find out  what  are the: which were the biggest challenges for human; how the situation was managed, and  finally, propose solutions to contribute to improiving operations. Theoretical documentation at national and international level  has been used to construct the study; identifying and analyzing the problems found on the basis of the information obtained by questionnaires ; interpretation of results and drawing up the conclusion.
